We the people of the United States, in order to form a halfway-decent union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity (but mostly to ourselves), do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Article. 1. Flying Kittens

Flying kittens shall be manufactured by the States and bestowed upon each citizen upon attaining citizenship. The States bear no obligation for replacing a citizen's kitten which is lost or killed, however.

Article. 2. For every Right there shall be a corresponding Responsibility.

Each citizen has the Right to forgo Responsibility.

Article. 3. The Right To Arm Bears

A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and arm bears shall not be infringed.
